Take a look at these photos from a recent visit to Ocado Retail’s new 304,355 sq ft state-of-the-art Customer Fulfilment Centre at SEGRO Logistics Park Purfleet.

We were appointed by SEGRO to provide Project Manager, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyor services for what will be the second Ocado facility in our and our client’s portfolio.

Ocado Retail is the exciting new joint venture between Ocado Group and M&S, and this CFC at Purfleet will create up to 1,500 local jobs. The centre itself will feature Ocado’s robotic packing operation and has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating.
