We have been appointed by Airport Property Partnership, a wholly owned subsidiary of SEGRO plc, to provide Project Management, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying services for a new airline catering & logistics facility for Do & Co at SEGRO Park, Heathrow.
The Grade A sustainable facility, which includes high quality office space, is Heathrow’s largest logistics pre-let deal for a decade. Do & Co has signed a pre-let for a 172,000 sq ft building for a 25 year term.
The £12m project is due to start early in 2019 and will achieve BREEAM Excellent rating, whilst incorporating other sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels (PV) and electric vehicle charging points.
Do & Co is a gourmet entertainment and airline catering company, which operates worldwide with a focus on Continental Europe, USA and Asia. It will use the facility for production and distribution for its airline catering.
