In Cost Planning, the initial cost advice is a key component of any construction project. Feasibility produces a bespoke approximate quantities cost plan, which considers the unique challenges and constraints of any development plot. This provides a solid and reliable basis upon which future cost considerations can be founded. Furthermore, we provide a continual review and management of costs during tender stages, and once on-site, through to successful completion.
