Our Services

Feasibility Limited provides a broad range of services to the construction industry, including those set out below. However, we also offer extensive experience in construction-related due diligence for site acquisition opportunities.

Quantity Surveying

Providing clients with Quantity Surveying services, including Cost Planning and Cost Management, is the fundamental role of Feasibility Ltd. In Cost Planning, the initial cost advice is a key component of any construction project. We produce a bespoke approximate quantities cost assessment which considers all the unique challenges and constraints of any development. This provides a solid and reliable basis upon which future cost considerations can be founded. Furthermore, we provide a continual review and management of costs service during tender stages and once on-site through to successful completion.

Employer’s Agent

At Feasibility, we always have our clients’ interests at heart. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience and understand what will benefit our clients in all scenarios. Clients & employers can rest assured that we insist the project is tendered effectively. In the post-contract period, we ensure the contract is administered in the correct manner, maintaining a fair and reasonable environment for all consultants and contractors to perform their respective roles as a part of the project team.

Project Management

We ensure the successful transition of a project from conception through to delivery whilst managing all factors along the way. We have in-depth experience of guiding projects successfully during the pre-contract stages, ensuring they are set on the right path and managed smartly to ensure the client and project team works in unison to reach the desired goal.
