Feasibility is providing Quantity Surveyor services for db symmetry, delivering an 88,000sq ft warehouse and distribution facility for Bentley Design (UK) Limited and an additional 110,000 sq ft speculative warehouse distribution facility.

The project includes s.278 infrastructure and access works.

Project Delivery

Phase 1 of 3 successfully completed
Infrastructure works to include lorry parking, service yards and car parking
Also includes landscaping, amenity open space, sustainable drainage and private sewerage treatment plant
