Project Brief

The design and construction of a rocket testing facility site at Westcott, Aylesbury, comprising site clearance works, cut and fill, ground improvement works, concrete plinths and foundations for equipment.

Also included the design and construction of a single industrial building providing a target total gross internal ground floor area of 1,380 sq m (14,850 sq ft) and 305 sq m (3,280 sq ft) on the first floor.
