Practical Completion achieved at Furlong Park

We’re celebrating a latest milestone with our client Chancerygate as 11 new industrial / warehouse units reach PC at Furlong Business Park at Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.

Feasibility has been providing Employer’s Agent services as Barnwood Construction carried out the build, delivering 95,000 sq ft of space.

Located on the northern edge of Cheltenham, approximately one mile north of Cheltenham Racecourse, Furlong Park boasts neighbours such as GE Aviation, Zurich Insurance and Capita Life & Pensions.

The new, high-quality units range from c3,500 to c25,000 sq ft and benefit from 8.4m clear internal heights with full height electric loading doors. There is also the option to combine units at the landscaped business park, with generous car and cycle parking.

The latest environmentally friendly technologies have been used to reduce the costs of occupation, including:

• Electric vehicle charging points
• Warehouse roof lights increasing natural lighting
• High performance insulated cladding and roof materials
