Phase 2 fully let at Symmetry Park, Biggleswade

Client Tritax Symmetry has completed three speculatively developed buildings totalling 577,000 sq ft at Symmetry Park, Biggleswade, all of which are now fully let or sold.

The latest phase, another Net Zero Carbon development, includes Units 2-5, which cover a further 45 acres at the site.

We’ve been providing Quantity Surveying services for this development at the wider Stratton Business Park since the Phase 1 661,000 sq ft RDC for Co-operative Group Limited, which Tritax Symmetry delivered at a 50 acre plot.

Symmetry Park, Biggleswade, provides fast access to the M25 and we’re delighted to see Phase 3 coming forward. Consisting of 927,000 sq ft split across three further buildings, this third phase has detailed planning consent, with work due to begin in the coming months.
