Feasibility is providing Employer’s Agent services for client, Chancerygate, as part of its joint venture with Northwood Investments to deliver new I&L space in Manchester.
Trafford Park, which hasn’t had any new industrial and logistics space for around 14 years, is a prime location in the region and beyond. Dubbed the first purpose built industrial park in the world, it boasts over 9 million sq. m of business space, making it one of the largest and most successful business parks in Europe.
Contract works are well underway to deliver c131,000 sq ft of Grade A urban logistics space, creating 16 speculative units.
With completion due in Q1 next year, the scheme will help create a broad range of employment opportunities.
