We’re delighted to confirm we’re working with our client Chancerygate to help deliver their Mersey Reach, Aintree development in Liverpool.
The award-winning industrial developer is bringing forward a new prime urban logistics scheme to serve North Liverpool and the wider Merseyside area, including three warehouse/industrial units ranging from 12,500-42,515 sq ft.
Feasibility is providing Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for all the warehouses at the site, as well as for enabling works for a Starbucks drive-thru and a petrol filling station.
