Feasibility hands over on Heathrow’s largest logistics pre-let deal for a decade

This week, we handed over Do & Co’s new 172,000 sq ft airline catering & logistics facility at SEGRO Park, Heathrow, which sees the fulfillment of Heathrow’s largest logistics pre-let deal for a decade.

Working closely with a fantastic, multidisciplined team, we provided Project Management, Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying services for the development, which has achieved an EPC of A and a BREEAM rating of Excellent, incorporating sustainable features such as photovoltaic panels (PV) and electric vehicle charging points.

Do & Co, a global gourmet entertainment and airline catering company, has signed up for a 25-year term. It will use the facility for production and distribution for its airline catering.
