Feasibility appointed to carbon neutral Hounslow development

Feasibility has been appointed to provide QS, PM & EA services for Communication Park, the carbon neutral multi-let scheme at Steyning Way, Hounslow.

Working on behalf of St James Place UK plc, c/o Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, start on site is underway, with five industrial units set to be delivered along with associated external works. Located within close proximity to Heathrow Airport and Cargo terminal, the project is anticipated for completion by Q3 2020.

We’re working with contractors, MCS Group Limited, to deliver the scheme, which is one of only a few industrial developments in the UK to be built as carbon neutral, many of which have been delivered by Feasibility Limited.
