We’re delighted to confirm that Feasibility Limited will be providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for ‘Plot 1’ at SEGRO Park Dagenham.
The £5.5m development will see 40,000 sq ft of speculative, highly-sustainable industrial space delivered with a range of accommodation and unit sizes aimed at start-ups, traditional light industrial and urban logistics occupiers.
Green features will include roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, electric car charging points and LED lighting, with the scheme targeting Carbon Neutral, BREEAM Excellent and an EPC of A+.
Work to deliver Plot 1 is only a phase of the overall development which will ultimately boast 480,000 sq ft of space across six plots, bringing business and employment opportunities to the east London region.
