Specialist industrial and logistics real estate company, BARJANE, has appointed Feasibility Limited as PM for Rugby 106, the developer’s new high-spec logistics and industrial facility at Central Park, Rugby and first new build development in the UK.
The site is situated at the heart of the UK ‘Golden Triangle’, immediately adjacent to Junction 1 of the M6 and just a few miles from Junction 19 of the M1 Motorway.
BARJANE acquired the site, which housed a 45,000 sq ft vacant office and workshop facility, in January 2024. Following demolition, the scheme will encompass c87,000 sq ft of warehousing with further operational mezzanine space and two floors of offices to create a 106,000 sq ft facility.
