Following recent PC of a 95,000 sq ft warehouse in Milton Keynes for Griffen, we’re delighted to see a second unit in the area reach completion for our client.
Feasibility has also proved Quantity Surveying for the design and construction of a 220,000 sq ft industrial unit with associated offices, together with grade car parking spaces, drainage, external works and site furniture.
Also delivered by A & H Construction & Developments, the 42-week project included the demolition of existing buildings and associated external works. The warehouse will be the second in quick succession to also achieve a minimum of BREEAM Very Good.
